  • The Uni-Q Basic Tube: ‘Slim&Smart’

    The 50 mm luminaires are highly resistant to the ingress of water and feature a slim design with unmatched flexibility.

  • The Uni-Q Eco: ‘The New Basic´


    The Uni-Q Eco is a new and specialized version of the Uni-Q basic and a very suitable fixture for car parks. Other options are available on request.
  • The Uni-Q Display Light: ‘Your Design’

    This solution provides optimal freedom to create a tailored atmosphere and is designed by Delphin Design Berlin, who state that ‘functionality and flexibility are at the centre of the development of this new lighting concept’ (for more information, visit: www.hato-displaylight.com). The solution is both for wall and suspended applications.

  • The Uni-Q Box Tube: ‘Simply Outstanding’

    The strength of this model lies in its versatility. Designed by Bureau Lakenvelder, the Box tube is a functional and artistic lighting element.
  • The Uni-Q Banckro LML: ‘State of the Art’

    This Uni-Q Tube design series is the most decorative, as it is ornamented with ‘lamellas’.



  • The Uni-Q Hilo Tube: ‘Functional Design’

    HATO has reinterpreted the traditional suspended luminaire with this attractive unit in polished and anodised aluminium. Perfect for information desks, offices and meeting rooms.
  • The Uni-Q 50 Industrial: a shining light even under extreme conditions

    Design for extreme enviroments. This extremely watertight design produced in high impact polycarbonate, can be immersed down to 20 meter.

  • The Uni-Q 40: ‘Extremely Slim’

    This is the slimmest model in the Uni-Q range and suitable for most applications, for example in banisters.

HATO

  • In 1974 HATO is founded in Tegelen, the Netherlands. Founders Hay Roodbeen and Ton Elsenberg lent their names to the company and delivered cables and fittings to the agricultural sector
  • In 1981 HATO expands its portfolio with solutions for mushroom houses
  • In 1992 HATO moves to the Trappistenweg in Tegelen (NL), enabling the expansion of a very successful business
  • In 1995 HATO starts to develop a revolutionary fitting for ANWB, the Royal Dutch Touring Club
  • In 1996 HATO acquires Industrial Tube Lighting (ITL), a company mainly active in the poultry industry. Consequently, HATO moves to Slootsekuilen in Beringe (NL)
  • In 1997 Paul Obers – today Director and owner of HATO – joins the company as a partner. Obers first joined the company in 1982 as a seasonal worker.
  • In 1999 the company moves to Sittard in the Netherlands, where it is still located today.
  • In 2000 the Uni-Q range is included in HATO´s range as one of HATO’s proprietary brands
  • In 2008 HATO’s Lighting Solutions division is established as a response to increased demand for customized solutions. The knowledge and expertise that has always been part of HATO´s DNA is now formally offered as an independent and well sought after engineering service.
